OK..ummm no. First I am way behind in my reading, which should be obvious and you are correct about the the subsidies. Everything else is wrong. EV's are not good from a national security perspective. The US has enough oil to provide its current and future needs for 400 years. And that's just the continental amount. The Grid can't withstand the massive amount of use if we went largely to EV's. If you think subsidies are bad wait until they go to goldbricking the infrastructure more than they are doing now . Then there is mining the lithium and a whole host of rare and hard to find minerals. Mostly controlled by China.
